Our associate based in Bangalore, they are the pioneers in the photographic equipment industry in India. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and shall be responsible for customer satisfaction. She shall be fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in additional Indian languages being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Front office management and customer interactions
Customer Relationship Management
Should handle administrative tasks
Responds to customer inquiries
Should provide Sales Support
Team Collaboration and Reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of Proven track record in a customer centric role.
Aged between 25-30 years and preferably she should be based within Bangalore city limits.
Must have excellent communication Skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory) . Proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Experience in any B2C industry is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
