Resolve any issues related to order delays, damaged products, or missing items, ensuringcustomer satisfaction.? Establish strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeatbusiness.? Provide personalized assistance to clients by understanding their specific needs andrecommending appropriate Ayurvedic products.? Maintain a database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference andimproved service.? Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolvingissues, and exceeding expectations.Job Requirements-? Proven experience in client relations or customer service.? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conveyinformation clearly and professionally.?
