Key Responsibilities

> Outbound Calls: Make outgoing calls to engage with customers and potential clients to promote products and services.
> Customer Assistance: Handle incoming inquiries, assist customers with their questions, and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
> Relationship Building: Develop positive interactions with customers to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
> Lead Support: Help with lead generation and follow-up calls, supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
> Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, call logs, and feedback for tracking and improvement purposes.
> Product Familiarity: Learn and stay up-to-date on product features and services to effectively answer customer questions.
Qualifications and Skills

> Educational Requirement: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
> Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and friendly phone manner with good listening skills.
> Customer-Focused Attitude: Eagerness to understand and help customers with a positive and patient approach.
> Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and basic data entry.
> Willingness to Learn: Motivated to gain new skills, learn about the company's products, and take on new challenges.
> Language Proficiency: Fluent in [ENGLISH ,MALAYALAM & TAMIL].
