We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented

Customer Relations Executive

to join our jewelry showroom team. You will be the face of our brand--building trust, assisting customers in their purchases, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry Build strong relationships and ensure repeat business Handle queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to ensure smooth operations Maintain showroom etiquette and brand image Follow up with customers post-sale for service and feedback

Requirements:



Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills Passion for customer service and sales Well-groomed and professional appearance Ability to handle luxury clients with confidence and care Experience in retail or showroom sales is an advantage
