• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Assist customers with vehicle delivery, registration, and warranty processes.
• Identify and address customer concerns to prevent dissatisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
