Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support:

• Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Support:

• Upsell or cross-sell to enhance customer value and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers.
• Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns that resonate with customers.
• Promote company products and services through direct customer interactions, email marketing, and social media outreach.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase value.
• Feedback Handling:
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Share insights with sales and marketing teams for refining strategies.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Use CRM tools to manage customer data and track sales progress.
• Collaboration:
• Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to align goals and strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
• Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and campaign outcomes.
• Present insights and suggestions to management for driving customer engagement and revenue.
• Market Analysis:
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve market positioning.
