Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to Handle post-sales / Service customer queries and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with service team to manage after-sales support.
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Collect customer feedback to improve services.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
