We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Customer Relations and Content Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer support, sales, and content creation, making it ideal for individuals with diverse skills and a passion for enhancing customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, creating engaging content, and supporting our sales efforts. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting our platform's features.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or content creation is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
