We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service CRE to join our team. For Udaipur and Rajsamand location .The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
