Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
