Ensure customer follow up to address additional questions Document customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system or customer database ?
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
• Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to adapt new thing quickly
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Salary: 15000- 20000/ Per Month
