Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies to retain existing customers through daily follow-up
  • Segment and improvise customer database segmentation in order to target marketing activities appropriately
  • Strengthen relationship with existing customer base so as to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross sell.
  • Ensuring to handle the client\xe2\x80\x99s queries and to solve their challenges.
  • Ensuring to handle the online portal inquire such as (India mart, Flipkart, Social Media Platform, etc.)
  • Ensuring to maintain the data of customer and make strategies according to the analysis of that data.
  • Able to handle telephonic objection on clients on daily basis.
Required Skill:
  • Good Telephonic Objection Handling Skill
  • Good telephonic communication skill
  • Knowledge of basic computer
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic Knowledge of online portal
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
