Customer Relation Executive

Job Description

• Customer service : Answering customer calls, handling complaints, and providing information about products and services
• Customer database : Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
• Appointments : Scheduling and managing appointments
• Feedback : Collecting customer feedback and following up to ensure that issues are resolved
• Escalations : Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant departments
• Collaboration : Working with other departments to improve the customer experience
• Business development : Generating leads and identifying opportunities for new business

Some other responsibilities of a CRE may include:

• Making service reminder calls
• Making post-service feedback calls
• Making insurance renewal reminder calls
• Making service measure calls
• Making second PDI calls
• Gathering school and corporate information
• Inputting and maintaining guest information
• Ensuring prompt and polite service
• Assisting other departments

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Work Location: On the road
