Role & Responsibility

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and the CRM Department
• Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilize basic computer knowledge for effective data management

Requirement's

• Fresher/Experienced can apply
• Ready to work in shifts from 9AM to 10PM( 9 hours rotational Shift)
• Excellent English Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
