Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote Airon Academy's educational programs and services.
Provide accurate information about course offerings, admission requirements, fees, and other relevant details to potential students.
Persuade and motivate prospective students to enroll in our courses by highlighting the benefits and advantages of studying at Airon Academy.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain a database of prospective students, update their contact information, and record interactions for future reference.
Address inquiries, concerns, and objections raised by prospective students in a professional and courteous manner.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and enrollment conversions.
Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule campus tours, counseling sessions, and other activities to facilitate the enrollment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing Airon Academy to prospective students.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and overcome objections.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building rapport with prospective students.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other telecalling tools.
Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in achieving goals and targets.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
