Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in an inbound voice process . You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves working on Sundays, with one weekly day off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls , addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist customers with product/service-related questions and concerns
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to meet departmental goals and targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in inbound voice process is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Salary: ?13,000 per month
• Working hours: Sunday working with one weekly day off
