The Customer Relations Executive's responsibilities include selling our products to customers and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. Should have good sales skill to negotiate & close deals on priority. Duties & Responsibility
Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.
Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals.
Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication.
Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
Follow the tele-calling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.
Acquire required customer information for the sales process.
Tele-calling Job Responsibilities
Finding new sales opportunities via inbound calls, outbound calls and email
Calling your existing as well as prospective clients to encourage purchases
Explaining the benefits of the company's products/ services to your potential clients and make the confirmations.
Gathering and updating contact details of individuals
Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time
Making note of important details for every conversation
Keeping a recording of every attempt to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful
Regularly attending team meetings to better clarify progress and expectations related to your performance
Conducting every interaction with respect regardless of the behavior of other parties
Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and also backing up relevant data.
Requirements Education level
Minimum Requirement: Any Degree
Experience & Skills
Fresher / minimum 1 years of experience in the similar field.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Good Communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service
