Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Identify and escalate issues, trends, or opportunities to the appropriate departments.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about product updates and company policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
