• Single point of contact for customers from booking till execution of sale deed, and handover.
• Develop a pleasant working relationship with customers.
• Engage with customers and guide them through the post-sales documentation and process.
• Single point of contact for customers from booking till execution of sale deed, and handover.
• Handle customer interaction via e-mails, phone calls, face to face meetings.
• Clarity in customer communication thereby reducing further queries.
• Respond to customer queries effectively within 2 working days on email (Whatsapp is optional).
• Adhere to Customer Workflow timelines covering all the steps in the property purchase cycle. Not more than 10% deviation in timeline.
• Resolving / Escalating customer complaints / concerns within 2 days and responding efficiently within an acceptable timeline.
• Reminders & follow up with customers on pending actions from their side (loan processing, payments to Vizipa as per schedule, lawyer interaction).
• Ensure accuracy of customer data in excel and internal software on a real time basis.
• Property Tax payment, Khata, Sale Agreement, Sale Deed, Supplementary Agreement trackers on excel and updates in respective folders.
• Customer status update to management.
