Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints and feedbacks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issue promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service issues.
• Assist in development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the data to inform for business strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
