Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction :
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
• Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Customer Feedback :
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve services and products.
• Report insights and customer trends to management.
• Coordination :
• Liaise with internal departments like sales, marketing, and support to meet customer needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of services or products.
• Documentation :
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare reports summarizing customer activities and satisfaction levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
