Job Description

• Coordination and management of CRM software
• Planning strategies for customer care and conflict resolution.
• Advising customers on cost-effectiveness.
• Overseeing the activities of the sales team through CRM software.
• Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
• Negotiating agreements with customers.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers.
• Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Customer retention and mapping
• preparation of Proforma Invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
