Key Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries about services, products, and dealership facilities.
• Maintain positive relationships by handling customer concerns and providing accurate information.
• Coordinate with the service team to keep customers informed on service status and timelines.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain customer records, feedback, and interaction history to ensure quality service.
• tele calling .
• Service Reminder call's
• Post Service Follow ups
• Customer Complaint Generations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
