Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and support.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-tier service and support.

Qualification

•Bachelor's degree

Skills Required

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems (CRM).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Language : Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil & Hindi

Experience

• •1+ Year experience in Customer Relation Field

•Job location- Trivandrum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
