The Customer Project Manager ensures that a Fulfillment Assignment Specification (FAS) including products and/or services is delivered to the happiness of the customer and Ericsson. The CPM is responsible to ensure that adequate cost and resource-allocation for compliance to Group and local safety requirements are included in the project scope.

What you will do
Drive delivery excellence: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas, Drive profit improvement activities, e.g. Add on Sales and Cost Saving
Responsible for Project delivery contracts towards customers
To optimize resource cost and time between ongoing projects.
Responsible for providing Project Managers to meet SLOP business demand
Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and monitor all activities
Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
Handle project finance and budgeting. Ensure project structure in the financial system is in place and monitored / reported regularly
To plan, organize the project governance meetings for different projects at different levels and report the same to Steering committees/PMO and key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and Ericsson contractual obligations are delivered.
Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
Responsible to drive contractual change and improvement programs for Service Line, if required
Making business-case for securing new tools and new automation rules. Drive identified automations, if needed, to bring operational efficiencies to reduce cost & human errors
Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting, if needed.
You will bring
Telecom experience from vendor and/or service provider
BSc or equivalent degree
Project Management Certifications
Previous experience from handling contract delivery (5+ years required)
Management experience (5+ years)
Resource management (including budget management)
