Company Overview: Starscapes Experiences is India's pioneering platform offering an integrated astronomy experience. We host private observatories equipped with professional-grade equipment for observation, astrophotography, and research.

Position Summary: The Customer Outreach Coordinator is a key role focused on establishing and nurturing initial relationships with prospective customers. This position involves conducting outbound communications to engage potential clients, generate leads, and build interest in the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential customers to introduce the company's products or services.
• Attend all inbound calls of customers and respond to emails.
• Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.
• Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their potential fit for the company's offerings.
• Gather and record key information from leads to support the sales team in follow-up efforts.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interest in the company's products or services.
• Provide information about the company's offerings and address initial inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects and leads in the company's CRM system.
• Track outreach activities and report on key metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and feedback.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide necessary background information for follow-up.
• Share insights and feedback from outreach efforts to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
• Offer exceptional customer service during initial interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.
• Address any preliminary questions or issues and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation results, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling initial customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000 per month

NOTE: The candidate will be on a training period of 1 month and will be paid Rs. 5000/- per month, until he/she successfully completes the training and qualifies in the test. The final employment will be decided after successful passing of the test .
