Lio is used for a variety of tabulation, calculation and organizing needs, such as creating tables of customer/stock/payment data for businesses or organizing to-do lists, class schedules/wedding registries. The product is currently available in India/ Indonesia, rest countries to follow soon. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Onboard customers and assist them in customising the platform to their specific needs to ensure complete platform adoption.

• Work with different departments to streamline onboarding processes.

• Documenting customer interactions with details about the nature of the interaction and any resolutions achieved within SLA.

• Managing customer sentiment and satisfaction, facilitate platform customization requests.

• Interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, or web chats to answer questions about products or services.

• Helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, and other details about products or services.

Required skills:

• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Effective & strong communication skills in English and Hindi both.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical aptitude: a strong understanding of software and technology, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good knowledge of excel, google sheet.

Job Details:
Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore. Working Days: Monday to Friday Stipend : 10,000/per month.
