Role: Customer Marketing Manager -Vet Pillar, India

Location: Mumbai

Business Unit: Royal Canin India

Job Overview: The Incumbent will handle the key accounts business in the veterinary pillar. He/ she will create the joint business plan by aligning with the strategic priorities of the customer & the opportunities that the customer can benefit from. He will be the custodian of the Category vision for RC in the vet pillar & collaborate with the x-function departments in RC (Marketing, Finance, Supply, Sci com team, Global/ Regional vet stakeholders) & ensure execution via the sales teams in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discuss Category & consumer trends with the customers & carve out the top priorities where RC & the customer can collaborate.
• Create a JBP with each customer basis the SOP of the opportunities & calendarize the activations.
• Align the X-function teams in RC & the Leadership team on the resourcing & budgeting to execute the plans.
• Ensure execution of the JBP by working with RC & Customer on-ground teams
• Monitor & dashboard progress on the aligned opportunities.

Job specification / Qualification:

Education: MBA (Marketing) from mid-tier management B-school with any graduation

Experience: Working in Sales & Trade Marketing for approx. 4-7 years is desired. Marketing experience would be a plus.

Qualities & Skills:

• Should live all Mars' 5 principles & Quality and Responsibilities in particular
• Should have good analytical and, presentation skills and must be methodical in approach
• Ability to travel across the country & internationally, as required
• The role requires agility in managing & aligning X-function stakeholders.
