Location: Whatfix Office in Bangalore Essential Responsibilities: In this role you will play a crucial role in Whatfix\xe2\x80\x99s executive sponsor program as well as email and in-app customer lifecycle marketing driving deeper engagement, advocacy, retention, and growth across our customer base through the relationship lifecycle.
Foster a deep understanding of our customers\xe2\x80\x99 organizational goals and objectives to identify opportunities for alignment with Whatfix\xe2\x80\x99s customer marketing strategies
Drive customer marketing programs that support communication, engagement, and adoption of new and existing product capabilities and feature launches, by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing at every stage
Implement a range of cross-sell efforts to ensure customers are aware of recent product innovation and add-on options to maximize lifetime value and customer satisfaction
Develop, execute, and measure creative communications, such as newsletters, surveys, campaign emails, nurture streams, webinars, etc.
Track and report on key success metrics measuring the impact of activities on customer advocacy, growth, retention, and financial outcomes.
Manage our executive sponsorship program for our top accounts globally
Optimize and roll out enhanced framework around executive engagement and drive impactful engagements
Build deep relationships and drive alignment with teams that will participate in the program - executives, executive assistants, account teams, marketing
Create ghostwritten content using executives\xe2\x80\x99 voices combined with details about the target accounts to support program needs
Collaborate with other teams that leverage Whatfix executives, ensuring efficiency and clarity internally and with our customers - (i.e., executive briefing program, executive experience events)
Provide informed executive sponsor assignment recommendations that will best support a strategic engagement with the sponsored account
Optimize supporting processes and measurement tools
Understand and communicate the results and drive continuous improvement for the program by utilizing data combined with valuable feedback from executives and account teams
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited university
5 years of experience in marketing. Experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, and/or technology marketing a plus.
Fluency in spoken and written English

Excellent public speaking, writing, and storytelling skills, ability to present to different audiences (Executives, Sales, Customer Success, etc.).
