You will assist in generating new customer advocates, nurturing existing relationships, and collecting valuable feedback through case studies, peer reviews, and testimonials.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customer advocates.
  • Assist in creating case studies and testimonials.
  • Help create and execute campaigns to engage and motivate customers to become advocates.
  • Maintain and update the customer advocacy database.
  • Track and report on key customer advocacy metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
