Job Description
Role & responsibilities
• Assisting customer related to their queries.
• Providing accurate resolution on timely manner.
• Provide customers with a positive and personalised experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
• Manage the customer representative department, train the juniors on understanding the behaviour of clients and keep a good tone.
• Excellent communication skills required with empathetic attitude for the customers.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate and Undergraduate freshers both can apply.
For experience candidates minimum 6 months of International BPO experience is required.
Good probing skills required.
Should be comfortable working in Night shifts and rotational week offs.
Excellent Communication Skills.
