Job Description
Job Title: US Customer Support (voice process)
Experience Required: 1 - 2 yrs
Job Duties: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by collecting customer feedback , executing retention strategies , and following up with USA customers to resolve any issues and enhance their experience with our IT Support services.
Excellent communication is MUST
no cabs temporary
Working: Mon- Fri 9 PM to 6 AM
