Customer Experience Officer
Job Description
• Male Candidates
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, answer queries, concerns and generate interest among them.
• Follow-up - Conduct follow-up calls and increase conversions
• Feedback collection: Get feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement and report issues to concerned person
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
• Develop strategies to boost sales
• Record keeping: Maintain records of customer interactions and feedbacks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
