About part time job/internshipWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer experience manager. This role is key to providing exceptional customer service, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors at our store.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Welcome and interact with customers to create a warm and friendly environment.
2. Explain new and existing ice cream flavors, providing recommendations and suggesting creative flavor combinations.
3. Assist customers in selecting products and converting inquiries into sales.
4. Handle billing and ensure accurate cash and card transactions.
5. Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries about ingredients and dietary preferences.
6. Upsell additional products, such as baked goods or ice cream cakes, to boost sales.
7. Ensure timely order fulfillment, maintaining efficiency during busy hours.
8. Address customer feedback or concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction.
9.
