  • Ensure that vehicles are repaired as per RO verbatim and instruction.
  • Undertake diagnosis & repairs on vehicles with electromechanical systems under guidance from CoTEK.
  • Assist CoTEK to resolve complex problems.
  • Assist CoTEK in making technical reports to be submitted to M&M.
  • In case any extra repair needs to be done, inform Floor Controller and take his concurrence before doing the same.
  • Share best practices / important observation with the team in meetings.
  • Ensure high quality of work and care for customer's safety to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Minimize repeat repair.
Improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all the SOPs are adhered during diagnosis and repair.
  • Keeping the workstation clean and tidy thereby ensuring high level of housekeeping (3S).
