JOB Description:-
- Well versed with Import and export transaction & process involved in oversea shipments.
- Represent function in various leadership meetings on multiple activities.
- Understanding of order to cash flow for B2C business.
- Understanding of Manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with team for issue resolution on ERP system.
- Coordinate will all Distributor across India for timely delivery.
- Knowledge on all the elements of Purchase order, Letter of credit , Incoterms , Invoice to customer
- Forecasting of Revenue for month and Quarter based on customer open orders.
- Coordination with operations, supply chain on timely readiness of sales order as per customer requirement.
- Interact with Customer and Distributor for updating progress of their sales order, timely pickup from respective warehouse.
- Weekly reporting to management on progress of sales orders.
- Coordinate with cross function team for timely feedback and issue resolution.
- Co-ordinate with oversea warehouse & manufacturing plant for timely readiness & shipment of goods
- Collaborate with virtual team outside India for execution of sales order.
Skills
- MS Office ( Excel, Word & Powerpoint )
- Knowledge of ERP system ( Oracle R12 , SAP )
- Problem solving methodology.
- Import Export Process
- Exposure to manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- Customer Focus
- Must be a strong written and verbal communicator.
