Job Summary: We're seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written English, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'ill be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
• Record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products and services.
• Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Make calls to customer who have abandoned the purchase journey and help them conclude the purchase.
• Upsell products to existing customers over phone, chat, email, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
