: Customer Experience Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Executive to manage customer interactions across email, phone, and social media. In this role, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate should have
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to follow through and resolve customer issues.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and work collaboratively with teams to implement solutions.
Comfortable working with Google Docs and Spreadsheets.
Prior experience is not required; however, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
