We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our FinServ Team. The primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and assisting them in choosing the right financial products. Your role includes handling customer queries, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will also be expected to follow up on the leads and adhere to company policies and financial regulations.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Contact potential customers via phone calls to promote credit cards, loans, and insurance products.2. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria in a clear and professional manner.3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial products.4. Handle queries related to credit cards, loans, and insurance, ensuring customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.6. Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Qualifications:1. Basic knowledge of banking, loans, credit cards, and insurance (training will be provided).2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong customer service skills and relationship-building skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
