We are looking for a technical-savvy Customer Experience Associate who will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and supporting the sales team and product team to make customer experience the best.

The candidate must be social and analytical, possess an aptitude to learn new software tools, and should be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibility Areas (to be updated time to time)

Utilize persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to convert Pre-Bookings into Sales

Develop and implement strategies to increase sale conversion rates and achieve revenue targets

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points

Drive Happy Customers to give good reviews on Google, small interviews about their experience, etc.

Address the queries of prospective customers about the products, bookings, best way to use, deliveries, etc. via different mediums

Keep the customers updated through Inbound and outbound communication

Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of EYVA

Contribute new ideas and innovative ways with team in sales, marketing, customer support, and senior leadership to address customer issues and help in company brand-building

Keep track of customer feedback and develop/ test new strategies to improve the overall customer experience

Apply and manage CRM tools for effective coordination and monitoring of customer operations & experience

Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
