The Role:
The Customer Experience Associate is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and this role will help achieve Operational Excellence in our Apprenticeship Program process. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI-enabled tech businesses.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Associate with proficiency in backend data entry, as well as exceptional skills in handling customer interactions through various channels including chat, email, and calls. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, demonstrating strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Experience in responding to customer queries through emails, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolutions to customer issues across different communication platforms.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to update and maintain customer records and information.
  • Input, verify, and manage customer details, transactions, and interactions in the backend systems.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback, escalate issues, and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  • Adhere to established quality standards and protocols for customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service with expertise in phone support, email, and chat interactions. (UK experience a plus)
  • Proficient in data entry software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
