Responsibility Statements


• Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process (Inbound or Outbound calls)
• Good English verbal and written skills required
• Preferred candidates with experience with Healthcare Industry (Call Center/ Backend)
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Identify and escalate issue to supervisors.
• Respond to customer's issues on TAT
• Graduation Mandatory
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).
