We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Executive to join our team, who will play a vital role in supporting customers with technical assistance, product inquiries, and service coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for a variety of hardware products including printers, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and offer solutions via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with the service team to schedule repairs, maintenance, and product installations.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product details, and service history.
• Offer product recommendations and upsell services when appropriate.
• Stay updated on new product offerings, technical developments, and company services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of hardware devices, including printers, laptops, and PCs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a customer support or tech-related role is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in technology or customer service is a plus.
Desired Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech support or a related field.
• Experience with service coordination and managing customer expectations is beneficial.
Salary:
Salary will be competitive and will depend on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and interview performance. A detailed package will be discussed during the interview process.
