Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Chat/Email Process)

We are expanding our customer support team and are looking for highly motivated and customer focused individuals to join us as Customer Support Executives for our voice and chat/email process. : As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from our customers. You will liaise confidently with customers, ensuring proactive communication throughout the entire process, providing first-class service, and achieving a high first-time resolution rate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat queries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Confidently communicate with customers and proactively follow up on their inquiries to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information to resolve their issues or inquiries effectively.
• Accurately receive and process incoming customer orders while ensuring efficient order management and tracking.
• Regularly update customers on the status of their orders and ensure all data entry of customer records is accurate and up to date.
• Organize and manage product returns, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Services, Operations, Procurement, and IT.
• Work closely with Account Executives to manage customer orders and ensure smooth executionof campaigns.
• Maintain clear and effective written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all tasks and actions are tracked and completed in a timely manner through follow-up with relevant parties.
• Manage workflow effectively by meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. o Complete any additional tasks or duties as requested by management.
Requirements Role Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
