Job Description


As a Customer Escalation Manager, candidate should have experience of handling customers and executives' calls/emails. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Business Requirement:

  • Experience in handling customers and executives' calls/emails
  • Experience in SFDC, Outlook and Microsoft suite is an advantage but not a requirement as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Documentation of escalation emails.
  • Handling of customer escalations via emails and customer escalation calls.
