A. Qualification & Experience:
1 Over 4 Years work experience with Undergraduate degree
2 Customer/stakeholder management/relations experience
3 Supervisory/lead/manager experience or (potential of the same)
4 Data Analysis with MS Excel and/or Google
5 Experience in customer success or Inside sales or business development

Sales & Marketing:
• Understands various types of Target population for business growth
• Formulates specific strategies for different target segments
• Implements different marketing strategies to acquire, retain and engage swimmers of all ages
• Projects and meets the monthly registration targets
• Plans, and implements marketing communication
• Liaison with the internal Marketing team for the timely updates on social media and other platforms.
• Develops and builds centre's brand and online presence through social platforms.
• Builds partnerships with other successful communities and brands for mutual benefit.
• Maintains records of inquiries/follow ups etc., through CRM
• Presents MIS reports to the higher ups
• Visits various Pools/Sports Hubs/ Sports Centres/Stores etc., for promotional activities
• Promotes Centre's programs within the neighborhood, institutions and corporates.
• Collaborates with different Schools and partners such as RLSS for various training programs
• Contributes actively in event marketing and management
• Plans, projects and achieves the summer camp targets in consultation with Coaches and Head, NAC
Admissions & Communications:
• Consistently coordinates with the Sr.Coaches /Associate Heads to analyze pool occupancy vis-a-vis available space in order to increase the memberships.
• Addresses swimmers & parents' concerns to create a better experience.
• Takes periodic feedbacks from swimmers / parents / stakeholders and presents the analysis
• Takes initiatives to implement the corrective actions based on the feedbacks in consultation with Head, NAC
D. Relationships with others and administration
• The job holder maintains a smooth working relationship with all other swim teachers, coaches, administrative staff, and parents.
• Ensure maintenance of all records and liaison with finance team of KNG shared services.
• Handles all administrative affairs of the Centre, as assigned by Head-NAC
• Management, administration and coordination work related with all the events and initiatives of NAC.
Experience in the following are desired:
1 Experience in sports industry
2 Experience in Operations, vendor and event management
3 Good at presentations
4 Social media management
