Responsibilities and Duties
  • Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals\' contact details.
  • Calling active and budding callee to encourage the service items
  • Addressing Callee's requirement or compliance (if any)
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Communicating verbal acceptance of services pitched
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.


Skill sets/Experience Required.
  • Must have a Bachelors degree and be Computer literate.
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or similar (minimum 2 yrs.)
  • Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali Language.
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Superb research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
