Job Description
• Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to customers and directing them to respective floors or sales persons.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and messages and reply to or redirect them.
• Updating store documents on regular basis.
• Handling grievance of customers with effective communication and redirect them towards respective authorities.
