Location: Kormangala , Bengaluru (In-Office) About the job The customer delight executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Eligibility: 2020 (or) 2021 (or) 2022 (or) 2023 graduates with 1-3 years of experience working into customer-related domains Key responsibilities:
1. Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
3. Provide support for our products
4. Work with other members of the team to ensure that customer needs are met
5. Stay up-to-date on product changes
6. Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures
7. Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer service interactions
8. Provide feedback to team members
