As a Customer Delight Associate , you will be at the forefront of assisting customers with their visa-related queries and concerns. This consumer-facing role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the travel and immigration industry, helping travelers navigate the complexities of visa applications while contributing to our mission.
The Job
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email channels to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints related to visa applications and travel services in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Atlys' products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Follow up with customers to confirm the resolution of their issues and ensure their satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on policies and product knowledge, especially regarding visa regulations and travel updates.
• Utilize tools and software for efficient customer support management.
The ideal candidate
• Experience : Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role, preferably in travel or visa services.
• Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
• Customer-Centric : A high degree of ownership and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Flexible : Willingness to work rotational 24-hour shifts and rotational week offs (5 days a week, 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break).
• Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
• Patience & Professionalism : Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with calm and composure.
• Convincing Skills : Strong ability to engage and support customers throughout their travel journey with Atlys.
