  • Coordination with Technical Team/Client
  • System maintenance such as IBMS, Summary report preparing.
  • Attend to clients\' enquiries.
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communicational lines):
  • Communicate with technical team & CS team for Report Reviewing activity;
  • Communicate with Manager regarding Evaluation of Products/labels
  • Coordinate with local and overseas clients, and vendors.
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):
  • Summary report preparing.
  • Attend to clients\' enquiries.
  • Coordinate with local and overseas clients, and technical team
  • Coordinate with local and overseas clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with Manager - Labs/Clients for all testing related activities.
  • Sample control and file keeping
  • Sample control and file keeping to client and follow up to match the TAT
